Wine Food Pairings - Olive Garden

We’re happy to provide some simple guidelines that will help you select a wine that complements your meal. While certain wine food pairings naturally complement each other, remember that there are no real wine food pairing rules. It is truly a matter of what you like.

General Guidelines
Here are some general wine food pairings menu guidelines. And yes, you can have red wine with fish and white wine with meat.

Fish	Sauvignon Blanc	Pinot Noir

Pork	Chardonnay	Chianti Classico

Pasta	Pinot Grigio	Sangiovese

If you like sweeter styles of wine, White Zinfandel and Riesling complement all food items.
