What are the hours of operation for Olive Garden?
Olive Garden hours vary by location. Please find your nearest restaurant to see hours of operation. Lunch is served Monday through Friday until 4pm. Our practice is to serve our dinner menu all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. As a courtesy to guests who ask, we will provide a lunch menu at any time. There are some regional variations.

You may take a brief survey on our Ziosk tableside tablet after your meal. For takeout orders and at our Canadian restaurants, there is a unique code on your receipt which is needed in order to complete a survey.

Is your salad dressing available for purchase?
Yes! You can purchase our signature salad dressing from your local Olive Garden or find our signature dressing at a retailer near you. Other Olive Garden products, like our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Italian Seasoning, and select cheeses, are also available for purchase nationwide at wholesale and grocery retailers.
Are Olive Garden recipes available?
Our website contains make-at-home versions of a few Olive Garden favorites as well as many other recipes inspired by Italy! If you do not see a recipe in our Recipe Section, it is not available at this time.
How do I sell a recipe to Olive Garden?
While we delight in accepting menu suggestions, we cannot accept recipes. We work closely with our chefs to bring the freshest, most flavorful dishes inspired by Italy to our restaurants.
What is the age requirement for ordering from the Kids Menu?
A Kids Activity Booklet and Menu is available at our restaurant for children ages 12 & under. You can also view our kids menu online. All kids items come with a choice of side and drink.
Do your oils contain trans fat?
Our cooking oils do not contain trans fat.
Do you have gluten free menu items?
Please see our Garden Fare Nutrition Guide for the items and substitutions available for guests with Gluten Intolerance. When dining with us, ask your server for more information and tell your server you are a Gluten guest when ordering.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Reconnecting with friends and family over a meal is always rewarding. Now earn points to help you do it again and again. When you sign up, you'll receive bonus points to help get you started. You can earn and redeem your points at participating locations at any of our seven restaurants - Bahama Breeze, Eddie V's, LongHorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Seasons 52, The Capital Grille or Yard House. You will also get a free dessert from us to help celebrate your birthday.
Is there a fee to participate in the program?
No, it is free to join and participate at any of our participating locations.
How do I become a member?
It's simple. Visit a participating restaurant and enroll using your restaurant's table top tablet, by asking a server to help you enroll, or go to www.OliveGarden.com/rewards. Your mobile phone number will be your unique identifier making earning and redeeming easy.
How soon after I join will I get my welcome bonus points?
You will get your 100 bonus points for enrolling once you have completed your enrollment on your restaurant's table top tablet, or online.
Where can I earn and redeem rewards?

How do I earn points?
Let your server know you are a member of the rewards program and provide your phone number. Using your restaurant's table top tablet, you can enter your phone number to earn points for your visit. Earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent on eligible items. You can also earn points for delivery, ToGo and catering orders, where applicable. Certain items are not eligible to earn points such as gift cards, merchandise, tax and gratuity or charitable items. Earning points on alcohol is subject to state and location laws and varies by location.
What information do I give the restaurant to locate my account?
All you need to give them is your mobile phone number.
After my visit, are points deposited immediately?
It may take up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account.
I forgot to log in at the restaurant or tell the server I'm a member. How can I get points for my visit?
No worries, you have 30 days from your visit to submit a request at www.olivegarden.com/rewards/credit-request. Please include your mobile phone number and a few details from your check-location, check number and date. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original transaction.
Can I earn points on catering, online orders, ToGo orders and private dining?
Yes, you can. You will earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent for your catering, online and ToGo orders. You will earn ½ point for every 1 dollar spent for your private and group dining transactions at select brands.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Not at all! Life is best lived abundantly, so earn away.
Do my points or rewards expire?
Points expire only if there are no purchases (whether with dollars, rewards points or reward certificates) within a 120 day period. Reward certificates will be valid through the expiration date specified on the reward.
Can I purchase points?
Purchasing points is not available.
What are exclusive offers?
Exclusive offers are a great way to earn even more points or reward certificates. Be sure to check your account often to see what offers are available for you.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming is easy. There are four easy ways:
- At the table:
Visit your participating Olive Garden location. Using your restaurant's table top tablet you can access your account and select reward you'd like to redeem at time of payment.
You can claim a reward ahead of time by logging into your rewards account at www.olivegarden.com/customer-service/account-login and then navigate to www.olivegarden.com/customer-service/my-rewards/use-points just select your reward and print out the Reward Certificate. Bring it to the restaurant with you and your server will apply it to your check.
- Ask Your Server:
Not sure what rewards are available to you? No problem! Just ask your server- they will be able to tell you what rewards you are eligible for and will apply the reward you select to your check.
- Online Orders:
Login at www.olivegarden.com/customer-service/account-login and then navigate to www.olivegarden.com/customer-service/my-rewards/use-points before starting your order. During the checkout process you will be able to review the rewards available. Simply select the desired reward and it will be automatically credited to your check.
What type of rewards can I redeem points for?
You can redeem your points for a variety of items. You can redeem for Reward Certificates in denominations of $10, $25 and $50 off at all participating restaurants. You can also redeem your points for a variety of items such as free appetizers, entrées, desserts, and more. Be sure to check back as we may add new rewards.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
You can use only one reward per visit.
Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can get?
You can claim as many rewards as your points will allow. Only one reward can be used per visit.
Can I combine my rewards with any other offers (e.g. coupons)?
Your rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, reward or coupon.
Can I sell my points?
No, points cannot be sold.
Once I claim a reward, does my reward have an expiration date?
Yes, there are expiration dates associated with the rewards, be sure to check each one as they may vary.
Can I redeem my points during my dining experience?
Yes! You can redeem your points for a reward right at your table using your restaurant's table top tablet at time of payment. Also, your server will be happy to help you redeem a reward.
Where do I find my current point balance?
You can find your current points balance and available rewards by signing into your rewards account on your restaurants table top tablet or by viewing the upper right hand corner of the website by simply logging in at www.olivegarden.com/customer-service/account-login and then navigating to www.olivegarden.com/customer-service/my-rewards.
Can I share my points with other members?
You can't share your points, but feel free to share your rewards!
How do I update my account information (e.g. name, address, phone)?
Simply log in to your profile at www.OliveGarden.com/customer-service/account-profile. To update your phone number, please visit us online www.OliveGarden.com/contact-us to indicate the phone number change by submitting a request form.
I don't know my PIN. What do I do?
On your restaurant's table top tablet, tap "Forgot PIN" during the payment process. You will then be prompted to have a PIN sent to you. If your account is locked due to several attempts, contact us online www.OliveGarden.com/contact-us.

Does the Olive Garden Rewards program replace the eClub?
No, it does not. If you previously received emails from our eClub, you will still continue to receive great offers as you previously did.
If I'm already a member of the eClub, am I automatically enrolled in the program?
We need a few more details, therefore you need to enroll into the program even if you are already a member of our eClub.
What happens to my eClub account if I decide not to join Olive Garden Rewards?
You will continue to receive email communications from us.

How do I make a request for a donation?
Olive Garden donates to charitable causes that benefit the community. Donation requests can be submitted in writing to the general manager of your local Olive Garden. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.
Request should be on your organization's official letterhead, including the organizations full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community. Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, it's not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.
