What does “When You’re Here, You’re Family” mean to you?
It means simple, fresh Italian food, complemented by a glass of wine, in a home-like Italian setting, welcomed by people who treat you like family.
What’s your favorite memory of interacting with a customer?
My favorite one was when I had a group with special needs and they were telling me that they love the Olive Garden. I said to myself, I’m going make their experience unforgettable. At the end, they all hugged me and thanked me for making their visit to Olive Garden a good one. I thought that was touching.
