What is your responsibility at your Olive Garden?
As a sales manager, some of my responsibilities include the training and motivation of a service-oriented team including bartenders, hosts and hostesses, and to-go team members. I also support and monitor food and beverage sales achievements. In addition, it’s my job to create an atmosphere of energy and vitality in the restaurant that supports excellent service.
What’s your favorite part of working at Olive Garden?
The opportunity that I have every day to work next to an impressive team that is full of energy and passion and very committed to doing things right.
What’s your favorite memory of interacting with a customer?
It is very rewarding when I see a family at the table drinking wine, passing plates and simply laughing and enjoying themselves. I feel privileged to enable my team to be a part of that amazing moment.
