What’s your favorite part of working at Olive Garden?
My passion is for training. Training is essential in building a strong team, not only for our own success, but for the success of the restaurant. I gain a sense of accomplishment when I see a committed team delivering excellent customer service.
What does "When You’re Here, You’re Family" mean to you?
To me, it represents an embracing atmosphere of friendliness and warmth. We want our guests to have a sense of belonging so they will want to return.
What’s your favorite memory of interacting with a customer?
During a wine tasting I met a truly delightful couple. They have since returned, bringing family and friends. Since I work several positions in the restaurant, they will often call to see where I’m working. It’s a really nice feeling, and it’s always a pleasure to see them.
