Oscar Nagle: My fiancee and I go to the OG in Port Richey, FL. It is so true...it's almost like family! From the time they greet and seat you until time for coffee and dessert, you are the most important people on their mind. Kelly is a fantastic manager and it shows through his staff. I always comment on how this particular OG should be a role model for operations and customer service.
